§ 8.24.110. Appeals.

Any person who disputes the city's yard debris removal service charge with respect to his or her property may appeal the same within thirty days of first imposition of new or amended charges. The city manager or the designee of the city manager shall attempt informally to review such charges and resolve the appeal in writing. If the person is still dissatisfied, that person may appeal the city manager's decision in writing filed with the city recorder within fifteen days of the city manager's decision. Such appeal shall be resolved by the city commission.
