§ 8.04.030. Amends section 80.103(a)—Permit required.

Article 80, section 80.103(a) of the 1988 Edition of the Uniform Fire Code is adopted as amended to read as follows:

Sec. 80.103(a). General. No person, firm, or corporation shall generate, store, dispose, use, or handle hazardous materials in excess of the quantities specified in Section 4.108 unless and until a valid permit has been issued pursuant to this article. For any hazardous material, as defined in Section 80.102, that is not listed in Section 4.108, no person, firm, or corporation shall generate, store, dispose, use, or handle any amount unless and until a valid permit has been issued pursuant to this article.
