§ 6.04.080. Severability.

Latest version.

If any section, sentence, clause or phrase of the ordinance codified in this chapter, or its application to any statute, is determined by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, such determination shall not affect the validity of the remainder of the ordinance codified in this chapter or its application to any other statute, which shall continue to be in effect.
