§ 17.06.010. General provisions.

Except as hereinafter provided:
A.

No building or structure shall be erected, structurally altered, enlarged or moved, nor shall any building, structure or land be used or designated to be used for any use other than is permitted in the district in which such building, structure or land is located, and then only after applying for and securing all permits and licenses required by law and this Code.

B.

No building or structure shall be erected, altered, enlarged or moved on a lot unless the building or structure and also the lot conform to the area regulations of the district in which the building or structure is located, except as provided in this title.
