§ 17.02.020. Scope.

This title applies to all public and private lands situated within the boundaries of the city. In interpretation and application, the provisions of this title shall be held to be minimum requirements adopted for the public health, safety and general welfare. Whenever the requirements of this title differ from the requirements of any other lawfully adopted rules, regulations or ordinances, the most restrictive or those imposing the higher standards shall govern.
