§ 15.20.030. Permit fee—Bond.

  • Prior to issuance of a permit the applicant shall pay a permit fee of one hundred fifty dollars; provided, however, that in the event the building exceeds either twenty-four feet in width or fifty feet in length, the permit fee shall be two hundred dollars, and shall file with the recorder a bond in such penal sum, with surety satisfactory to the manager taking into consideration the size of the building to be moved and the streets over which the same is to be moved, conditioned to hold the city harmless from any claim or liability by or because of the issuance of the permit, and for the reimbursement and payment to the city or to any other person on account of property damage or injury that may be suffered in the moving of any such building.
