§ 12.04.190. Street design—Alignment.

The centerline of streets shall be:

A.

Aligned with existing streets by continuation of the centerlines; or

B.

Offset from the centerline by no more than five (5) feet, provided appropriate mitigation, in the judgment of the city engineer, is provided to ensure that the offset intersection will not pose a safety hazard.
