§ 10.32.060. Traffic hazard.

A parked motor vehicle or other movable obstruction, located within the clear vision area, as defined in Section 10.32.020, which interferes with the vision of motor vehicle operators approaching an intersection so as to prevent a clear view of approaching traffic in sufficient time to bring a motor vehicle to a full stop prior to reaching the intersection; or a motor vehicle parked in a direction opposite to that of the adjacent traffic lane; a motor vehicle parked on any public way or public parking area without the reflective devices prescribed by ORS 816.180, shall be deemed a nuisance.
